Day 1

Arrival in Jibhi

27 August Wooden houses. Cold rivers.

Arrive in Jibhi from Chandigarh. Check in, freshen up and relax.
1:30 PM
Lunch at a local cafe.
3:00 PM
Walk to Jibhi Waterfall through the deodar forest.
4:30 PM
Sit by the river at the Mini Thailand spot.
7:00 PM
Explore Jibhi market and the cafes.
8:30 PM
Welcome dinner with the group. Overnight stay in Jibhi.
Day 2

Choose your experience

28 August One day, two ways. Pick yours in the morning.
Option A

Adventure route

Jalori Pass and Serolsar Lake
7:30 AM
Breakfast at the stay.
9:00 AM
Drive up to Jalori Pass, about 1 hour.
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Trek to Serolsar Lake and back, 5 km each way through oak forest. Budhi Nagin temple at the lake.
2:30 PM
Lunch at a dhaba near the pass.
4:00 PM
Return to Jibhi.
6:00 PM
Back to the stay. Bonfire, games and chill time.
8:00 PM
Dinner and overnight stay.

Leisure route

Shoja and Chehni Kothi
7:30 AM
Breakfast at the stay.
9:00 AM
Drive to Shoja, about 45 minutes.
10:00 AM
Waterfall Point and a slow forest walk.
12:30 PM
Local cafe stop.
2:00 PM
Chehni Kothi, the old Himachali tower and village.
4:00 PM
Return to Jibhi.
6:00 PM
Back to the stay. Bonfire and games.
8:00 PM
Dinner and overnight stay in Jibhi.
Day 3

Full-day excursion to Shangarh

29 August One meadow, no crowd.

Breakfast, then head out.

Depart for Shangarh in the Sainj valley, about 1.5 hours.

Explore Shangarh:
  • Shangarh Meadow
  • Shangchul Mahadev temple
  • Sainj river
  • Local village walk and photography spots
1:30 PM
Lunch at a local cafe or dhaba.
3:00 PM
Free time on the meadow. Tea, snacks and photography.
5:00 PM
Head back to Jibhi.
7:30 PM
Farewell dinner. Share stories and a gratitude circle. Overnight stay in Jibhi.

Departure day

30 August Until next time, mountains.

Breakfast.
